Qualifications:
  • M.Sc / M.Tech / M. Pharma

Desired Skills:
  • Ensure and adhering the QA function in HNPL plant.

  • Responsible to guide the organization and its management for continuous improvement for suggesting better system basis and guide.

  • Ensure effective co-ordination with all concerned departmental to meet Quality objectives -Lead review of departmental meeting with subordinates on a daily weekly monthly and periodic basis and guide in all respects.

  • QA Lead in finalizing and executing core strategy in coordination with plant manager / all concerned departments. 

  • Ensure monitoring and surveillance of the food safety and quality is done effectively and ensure that high quality products are manufactured with the aim of having zero customer complaints.

  • Ensure the sampling & material send for analysis for received RM /    PM and FG material.

  • Approve specification of new Raw, packing materials and finished product through validation / verification as necessary and for any further changes to their specification consultant with R&D. 

  • Ensure Documents control both issuance & retrieval are in place only update documents /SOPs their formats are available and destruction is up to date. 

  • Deviation, incidence investigation and CAPA management.

  • Customer compliance / product recall / APQR. Change managements / training Process and cleaning validation.

  • Facility, utility, and equipment qualification.

  • Ensure routine audits for building facilities as specific in SOP’s for internal audit and personal hygiene audit are completed action identified are completed per agreed plan and documents.

  • Ensure necessary Training needs’ are identified and completed per Annual Training Calendar. Get the lapses for want of mandatory trainings and supervision escalated through Deviations and forum like MRC morning meetings.

  • Ensure routine audits for building facilities as specific in SOP’s for internal audit and personal hygiene audit are completed action identified are completed per agreed plan and documents.

  • Ensure APQR plan is in-place. APQRs are completed per agreed plan (timelines) and agreed actions/ recommendations therein are implemented. Ensure IPQA records are reviewed randomly as a part of APQR.

  • Ensure that BMR/BPR will completed in ERP by Production, Release and PTN through ERP , Monitoring of activity log, Batch closing for batch costing.

  • Internal training for ERP in regular intervals.

  • Responsible for all the concerned activities in the absence of QA manager.
